Fresh out of the old dealership
Here's a pair of license plates that were never used and are in the original plastic wrap.
These are Iowa truck license plates dated 1971. The county code is shown as "13" which is CALHOUN county in northwest Iowa.
These are un-issued, un-used plates. There are some light stains on the plates and they are also slightly tweaked from years of storage in a huge file cabinet.
I have not tried to fix or correct anything. I'll let the new owner do that if they wish.
