Working principle:
The device uses electronic Constant speed control circuit, digital display shaft speed directly, and is equipped with a dispersion impeller and sanding disc. Can adapt to different needs of laboratory tests, According to the relationship between the speed of the rotating shaft, the viscosity of the material and the rate of chemical reaction, provide the correct data for a large-scale production process .
Dispersing head of the machine in the high-speed drive motor can generate a rotation tangential high line speeds, the material under tremendous centrifugal force, generated powerful hydraulic shear and high frequency mechanical effect, make the fluid material withstand thousands of times of shear and high frequency mechanical effect per minute, so as to achieve efficient mixing, dispersing, homogenizing effect.
