Shipping to the USA is by the United States Postal Service’s Media Mail
(or equivalent) with USPS Tracking, which includes delivery confirmation
(only available for U.S. shipments.)  The buyer pays a shipping, packing
and handling fee of .99 for not more than one pound (one to two
pounds: .52) which includes special mailer and packing material.
USA First Class Package
As of January 27, 2019, rates are determined by weight AND zone,
so there is no longer one rate for all areas.  13 ounces is the maximum
allowed for First Class Mail, except up to 16 ounces may be purchased
on line only.  First Class Mail is OK for CDs and 7” records, 12” records
are too heavy for this service.
USA Priority Mail
Rates are determined by weight AND zone, so there is no one rate for
all areas.  Priority Mail is much more expensive.
Shipping to other countries is by the United States Postal Service’s First
Class Mail International.  Priority Mail International is an option.  The rates
