Record Label Saver. Low tech record cleaning system.
This is a record label protection device that I make from local hardware sourced material. I have been using mine for several years with success. It does make a difference in your record sound quality if you are able to give them a good soap and water cleaning, particularly if you buy used second hand records. Just screw the clamp tightly over the record label, run tap water over both sides of the record, add a drop of mild detergent and scrub both sides with the brush to dislodge any grime from the record grooves. Rinse the record in clean water and dry.
Compact , uses little storage space, simple to use, cost effective.
